Warning
In the template for human, "Material" stuff are necessary in a reasonable quantity, abusing of them can induce a dependence such as drugs. Depressing the reasonable quantity is a trap of happiness comparable to the happiness induced by taking drugs, however, a small amount is necessary.
This point of view can be interpreted as "too raw", however, all people are looking for this conscientiously or not, not really knowing what they want, working hard to reach the primary objective often by doing unnecessary stuffs without taking the time to objectively see what are there objectives and how to reach them.
This is a tool to objectively see what is the game, and how to play efficiently.

From each of theses point, a "Development strategy" can be defined, eventually using the "Planning strategies" tool.
